1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using tiffanyflowers.ae, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, kindly refrain from using our services. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use means you accept the changes.

2. Orders & Payment

✦All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
✦Payment is processed securely at checkout via PayTabs, Stripe, or Apple Pay.
✦We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (full refund issued if paid).
✦Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.

3. Delivery Policy

Same-Day DeliveryOrders placed before 6 PM (Dubai time) qualify for same-day delivery in Dubai & select areas.

Delivery TimesMorning (9 AM–1 PM) • Afternoon (1 PM–5 PM) • Evening (5 PM–9 PM)

Substitution PolicyIn rare cases, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and feel.

Recipient UnavailableOur driver will attempt contact. If unsuccessful, flowers may be left with security or a neighbor with your approval.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the selected delivery slot (full refund).
• After this window, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
• No refunds for delivered orders unless the bouquet is significantly different from the description.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

5. Limitation of Liability

Flowers are perishable goods. While we take every care, we are not responsible for wilting caused by delayed recipient acceptance or extreme temperatures after delivery.
